| Michael Mischer is a true chocolate craftsman who apprenticed under a Swiss pastry and confection master. Today in his Northern California chocolate studio, he uses all natural ingredients, made fresh to order in his handcrafted bars and pralinen (filled chocolates). He uses chocolate of Grand Cru quality, Criollo cocoa beans from Venezuela and Ecuador. These beans, are a highly-prized, rare and noble-grade cocoa, which creates the distinctive flavor and the "melt in the mouth" texture of his artisanal chocolates. Made fresh and shipped 2nd day air in cold packs, these heavenly delicious chocolates will delight the most discriminating of chocoholics.
